TreeClimb now has TWO party options! 🥳

Choose between the TreeClimb Party Package and the DIY Party Option. Each provides a unique experience guaranteed to make your event special. Here’s a brief overview of what to expect:

TreeClimb Party Package

Now available at TreeClimb Adelaide and TreeClimb Kuitpo Forest, Party Package’s have been designed for ultimate fun and convenience. Available only on weekends and school holidays.
Party Packages include access to the Kids Course or Grand Course, along with exclusive add-ons like pizza combos and ice cream cake!🎂
Not only that, but each Party Package will have a reserved table and gloves. Minimum numbers are required and gloves are included in the ticket price. There are limited packages available each weekend and bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance, so get in quick!

TreeClimb DIY Parties

Available at both TreeClimb locations, Our DIY Parties offer maximum flexibility and control over your celebration. With no extra fees, minimum numbers, or enforced spend, you can tailor the day exactly as you wish. Whether it's a small gathering or a large group, everyone can enjoy their time either participating in the climbs or cheering from below. While you don’t have access to a reserved table or some of the Party Package add-ons, this option allows you to bring your own food, drinks and whatever else you need to enjoy in the beautiful surroundings.🌳

  • 🥪 Lunch boxes | Includes a small party box filled with, half a sandwich, 1x packet of popcorn, 1 x yoghurt, 1x jelly cup, 1 juice box, assorted fruit and veg sticks, and assorted lollies. $13 each

  • 🍕Domino’s pizza | Choose between two pizza combos, we’ll take care of the ordering and delivery. From $80 per combo

Party Packages

DIY Birthday Parties

NO EXTRA FEES, NO MINIMUM NUMBERS AND NO MINIMUM SPEND! Simply book for who is climbing on the day.

  • Unique, easy to organise and something for everyone whether you're climbing or encouraging from the ground.

  • Suitable for groups as small as 2 or as large as 30 (split into 2 Safety Training groups of 15). Larger groups can be accommodated, send an enquiry to find out more.

  • Kid’s Course - parties for children minimum 100cm tall.

  • Grand Course - parties for adults and young adults minimum 135cm tall.

  • Parents who want to bring their own party to a beautiful open, outdoor space.

  • Bring a picnic and enjoy the scenery while your party flies overhead.

    The cost is dependant on how
    many climbers you’ve booked and what course you book them on.

    Party Packages |
    There is a minimum number of climbers required for each Party Package option, this will determine the minimum cost.
    Gloves are include in the pricing for Party Packages and can not be removed.

    2 hours.
    Kids Course,
    80 minutes.

    Your table is reserved for 3.5 hours.
    Your climb starts 20 minutes after your party begins.

    Kids Course
    Your table is reserved for 2.5 hours. Your climb starts 20 minutes after your party begins.

  • TreeClimb operates a strict no refund policy.
    As long as we are provided with at least 48 hours notice, we’re happy to credit you or reschedule you for another time. Notice within 48 hours is up to managers discretion. Credits can be used in the cafe on the day or saved towards a climb at a later date.

    IMPORTANT: If you have booked a Party Package. There is a minimum number of climbers required; changes within won't be credited. If you wish to credit any climbers over the minimum, 48 hours notice is required.

    Cancellation of add-ons, requires 7 days notice and will be credited.

    All payments are non-refundable.

Getting there: TreeClimb Adelaide is located in Park 20 on the corner of Greenhill and Unley Roads. Parking can be tricky as there is only street parking, so allow plenty of time to find a park and walk in.

Birthday Party FAQ’S

  • Party Packages include a reserved table for you and our guests.

    If you’ve opted for a DIY Party, tables can not be reserved. It is first in, best dressed. You’re welcome to BYO tables, chairs, picnic blankets etc.
    Decorations are encouraged! :)

  • TreeClimb operates a strict no refund policy.

    If you’re unable to find enough climbers to meet the minimum, you will have to opt for a DIY option. 😊

  • TreeClimb has always offered the flexibility of DIY parties and they’re not going anywhere!
    DIY parties are perfect for your smaller parties or if you wish for a little more flexibility. You’re unable to reserve a table, however, we have plenty around our venues that you’re welcome to utilise or you can BYO trestle tables and picnic blankets.

    In May, 2024 we introduced Party Packages. This option has a minimum number of climbers and will be suited to your larger groups of 8 or 10 plus climbers.
    This option also secures you a table and gives you access to party package exclusive add-ons. So for the parents who want to less to think about, this option is for you!

  • For groups of 1 - 15 climbers we require full payment at time of making your booking. Groups of 16 or more are able to make a deposit with final numbers and payment due the week before their climb.

    We always encourage booking for the maximum number of climbers as it is a lot easier to reduce numbers than it is to increase closer to the date.

  • Your height determines what course is best suited to you. Check out the information on the courses below to find out what adventure is best suited.


    Kids Course | Both Venues.

    For the littlies 100cm or taller, you’ll be booking them on the Kids Course.

    Remember, adults are unable to climb the Kids Course, you’ll be supporting your brave little climbers from the ground.

    Grand Course | Both Venues.

    For our not so little climbers, 135cm or taller, the Grand Course is for you! This Course is perfect for our teens and adults.

    Nets Adventure | Kuitpo Only.

    Out Nets Course is perfect for our littlest adventurers who aren’t quite tall enough for our Kids Course OR for those who want to add a little more to their TreeClimb experience! Recommended but not restricted to ages 2 – 10 years old.

    Children 6 years and under must have an adult on the Nets Course.

    1 adult to a maximum of 2 kids.

    Children 7 years and older are able to climb with an adult present in venue (they do not have to be in the net).

    1 adult to a maximum of 4 kids.

    Family Experience | Kuitpo Only.

    For the experienced Kids Course climbers, not quite tall enough for the Grand Course but ready to give it a go, try out our highly requested Family Experience.

    Specifically designed for adventurous littlies. Children must be at least 125cm and must be climbing with an adult at least 18 years or older.

  • You absolutely can, please just make sure you have what you need to keep your items hot/cold as we can not hold your food and drinks for you.

  • Brilliant!

    Group sizes of 15 and under are more than welcome to book online.

    We would love a courtesy email informing us of the following information.

    - Date and time booked.

    - The booking name/ birthday persons name.

    - Any extra information you’d like to share. Are you ordering food on the day? Are you bringing your own food, drinks? Will there be any decorations, presentations etc. before or after your climb?

  • We sure do!
    At time of booking you can add an “Birthday Party Organiser Pack” for just $10.
    An organiser pack provides you with as many invites as you require, along with coffee card valid for 2 x regular coffee’s.
    Once you’ve made your booking be sure to call or email us and let us know how many invites you require.

    Alternatively, you can download our invitation and print it yourself for free below.
    Please note, “climb time” is referring to your session time.
    Arrival time should always be AT LEAST 15 - 20 minutes before your booked time.
