Haigh’s Visitor Centre

Haigh’s Visitor Centre - Adelaide, SA

  • At 150 square metres this must surely be Australia’s largest chocolate shop! The Visitor Centre is located on the edge of Adelaide’s famous parklands, just a few minutes drive from the city centre. As well as our standard product lines, we also offer factory seconds and discontinued lines plus additional souvenirs and gourmet foods.

    Please note: There are specific hours of operation for parking on Greenhill Road. Parking is not permitted from 7am-10am and 3pm-7pm Monday to Friday. Trading hours are subject to change.

Haigh's free guided tours operate during store trading hours, Monday to Saturday, except for public holidays.

For groups of 6 or more, you will need to select the Group Guided Factory Tour option on the online booking form.

Self-guided viewing tours are also available between 12noon and 2pm. This option is best suited for those needing flexible tour times, and for those bringing children under the age of 5.

Adelaide Zoo has introduced Relaxed Zoo Hours every Monday and Wednesday from 3-4.30pm, and Saturday morning Relaxed Morning Zoo sessions run every 3 months.

Relaxed sessions have reduced human noises to allow visitors who may benefit from a more sensory friendly environment to explore the zoo at their own pace.
